'Man United on Sunday have to be at their absolute best and more to beat Liverpool. This is a Liverpool team that Man United can damage if they demonstrate the resilience and quality we've seen from them recently.
'When we played at Anfield, Liverpool were nowhere near winning leagues but it felt monumental to win there still. It will be the same Sunday.'

The Sky pundit feels United will be confident they can cause problems down their left side
'It will be a hell of a tough game for Liverpool. I always thought Liverpool would fight for the top four, they obviously got another victory on Wednesday night against Wolves. Are Liverpool back? Jurgen Klopp wouldn't say so, but United will have to do something really special on Sunday.

Man Unit 世界杯下注app ed legend Gary Neville believes the club will look to target Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold during their clash at Anfield this weekend.
However, in the last year his defensive game has come under question. There is no doubt about his attacking qualities and deliveries, having produced 12 assists last season and 13 the campaign prior, but it's when players run at him that Alexander-Arnold can often find himself in trouble.
The 24-year-old right-back has been error-prone this season but has impressed in 世界杯游戏下注app their last four Premier League games - where Liverpool kept clean sheets in all of them.
However, Neville said United must be at their best to beat Liverpool after their upturn in form

'United will target him no doubt but they'll also target the whole back four because Liverpool have shown they have vulnerabilities all season. United will feel they can have a right go at them.'
'They will target Trent Alexander-Arnold,' he told Sky Sports. 'Rashford plays on that side, as does Luke Shaw. United attack well down that side. Rashford is in unbelievable form and he will fancy it.
Neville praised his creative quality but said he has always worried that his lack of awareness with defending would soon come back to bite him.

'I've never seen someone at right back kick the ball like Alexander-Arnold does but I always felt if he doesn't attend to his defensive duties, it will cause him problems,' he added. 'That moment has come.'

United are third in the table, eight points ahead of fifth placed Newcastle and 11 points behind league leaders Arsenal. Liverpool are sixth and trail fourth placed Tottenham by six points having played a game less.

Erik ten Hag's men will be hoping to continue their impressive run of form against their rivals - having just won the Carabao Cup against Newcastle - and face a Liverpool side who have struggled this season but are on the up after three wins in their last four.
He said Rashford - who is in the form of his career - will 'fancy' his chances against his rival

'I'm not saying United players will be worried but anyone who has been to Anfield knows how difficult it is and how the crowd can get on top of you,' he continued.
Alexander-Arnold emerged as a generational talent in the 2016-17 season and quickly became the club's first choice right back the following year - becoming instrumental in their famous 2018-19 Champions League triumph and then their first Premier League title in 30 years in 2019-20.
The Sky Sports pundit said Rashford - who has seven goals in eight games and 14 Premier League strikes in total - will feel confident of getting at him down the left.
Looking at the game as a whole - Neville stressed that United will still have to be at their 'absolute best' to see off Liverpool, warning the players that the intimidation from the crowd will add another layer of difficulty for them.

Jurgen Klopp's men have looked weak at the back in this campaign and Neville feels their defence is something United will be eager to exploit - pinpointing Alexander-Arnold as one player the team could target.
